Contract Type: Casual Supply (through calls, emails, teacherbooker etc)


Due to the situation I have had to take on a job outwith teaching. I have had to learn a whole new career so that I can provide for my 2 children. I can not live in hope that I get chosen for supply when there is 300 plus teachers applying for 1 post lasting 1 day.


It is not sustainable for anyone to have to endure this difficulty in securing a job and likewise it is not acceptable expecting people who have worked hard for their qualifications to seek work elsewhere.
