Contract Type: Fixed Term

Did my probation year 2018-2019 in East Renfrewshire.


Was so close to my 2 years for permanency and my contract was cut at Easter. Been working in North Ayrshire now since Jan 2022 with one break in between so have been at same school since Oct 2022.


Should be due permanency anytime now but not hopeful this will happen as I know what councils can be like.


Total nightmare!
