story 52

Age: 48

Teaching Experience: 12+ years

Contract Type: Casual Supply (through calls, emails, teacherbooker etc)

I am a flexi route probationer having spent the last 4 years in Scotland, getting GTCS registration which is only provisional. I have been doing a lot of supply work but nothing on my profile is updated. There is absolutely no support or mentorship for flexi routers, especially the ones who have moved from abroad. I am PGCE and Masters in Education from UK university but even after spending 4 years here, I feel like I have reached no where.

Since the last 3 years I am on zero scale. How do I get paperwork, observations done and targets met when I’m not in a school for any longer than 3 months???

Dilemma!
